The title of the topic is not technical, and not creative it should be “[Z1] I plan to use a quantitative/deductive approach in collected data by surveying IT Managers on their employees’ productivity in an organization. In surveying managers, data will be collected on the occurrences of dropped productivity due to different factors. Again the author mentions the improvement of a methodology and want to use a new technology, but did not mentioned the proposed methodology.

In surveying managers, data will be collected on the occurrences of dropped productivity due to different factors. ]Finally the author said that on the basis of a survey he will collect the data from different managers of companies and then find different reasons of dropped productivity. The topic needs to be rewritten in order, where the data from different manager should collect first and then perform any data science on that data to improve the dropped productivity.

In the title of the topic the author mentioned about the Security Risk but did not overview Security in the topic.
