The final write up of your project should include the following:

  • All the sections in your proposal except for timeline. Make all suggested changes and copy edits. Change the writing to past tense because you are reporting on what you have done, instead of what you are going to do. Do include finalized budget (if any) that you spent on the project.
  • All the pieces you created for your project. Describe each piece as needed and provide appropriate links/documents/evidence of the pieces. If you created electronic collateral, include links in your paper.
  • Any evaluation data you have gathered, such as web and social media analytics, feedback from customers/clients, attitude survey data, etc. What does the evaluation data tell you about the project?
  • Write a concluding section that summarizes what you learned by doing this project. How will you use the work you’ve created to continue to advance your professional communication career?
  • Create appendices with additional information if needed (e.g. APA style references page, attachments of work samples, etc.)

Please double space your paper. When in doubt about a format or style question, consult the APA (American Psychological Association) Style Manual.

Before you start writing, take a look at the rubric and read the description of each section.
