1) introduce you to the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch fish and shellfish guidelines and the criteria that are used to categorize species,
2) increase your understanding of how various fish/shellfish species are caught and/or farmed, and
3) increase your understanding and awareness of the current status of several fish/shellfish species that are fished commercially.
