Format: You should use MLA guidelines to organize content within your Word document. Description:

Students will be required to outline an essay by composing several well-developed paragraphs for a selected topic that they produced from their midterm assignments. In selecting one of the five paragraphs written for the midterm assignment, students will add/produce a well-written introduction paragraph, three body paragraphs with supporting details which includes their pre-written paragraph from the midterm assignment, and a conclusion paragraph. These written paragraphs will also need to highlight a thesis statement in the introduction (yellow), topic sentences for each body paragraph (blue), and the transition sentence at the end of each body paragraph (pink).
