Description

In this assignment, students will demonstrate an understanding of factors that contribute to delinquency, such as substance use and family life. Students will also demonstrate an understanding of delinquency control and prevention strategies that have been implemented to address various types of juvenile delinquency. Students will also identify and discuss steps in the juvenile justice process and discuss similarities and differences between the juvenile justice and adult criminal justice systems.
