and here’s a SWOT discussion i wrote before, you can use it if neededStrengths:I state my previous working experience as my core strength since as an assistant movie producer, I lead to produce 10 large-scale documentaries within 2 months. It improves my coordination skills, proves my technical skills such as editing and storytelling. With my keen passion for communication and movie producing, I am continuously seeking internships and opportunities in this area to learn more about related technics and contribute back to the team with what I learned. During the internship, I connected with alumni, colleagues, seniors in the industry to learn more about their area and have a deeper view of the entertainment and media industry. I show them my insights in movie producing and people coordination along the way, as I have accumulated people resources in a short future.Weaknesses:I am ack of experience in large-scale companies and wholly movie producing experience from story editing, filming, and photography, and movie cutting, music, etc. My previous skills seem fragment compared with consistent exposures. Also, my language is a barrier for me to work in the United States, since English as a second language may prevent me to express the stories I really want. Also, living in Asia from I was born already from my Asian style mindset. That results in the episode I delivered may not make Americans buy in. Opportunities: The whole filming industry is diverse and inclusive. It opens to all types of recording or movies, which means as long as customers and the public buy-in that film, it means that the movie is successful. Due to the inclusive environment, maybe I can turn my weakness, an International movie worker, as a strength and take this opportunity to spread Asian culture to Americans. With work exposures I have accumulated in the following internships and coursework, my writing skills, sorry telling skills should have a large jump. Threats:Due to the inclusive environment in the movie industry, and a large number of people studying films in the United States because they have a Hollywood dream.  Competitiveness in the movie industry must be very strong, so It takes continuous effort and solid skills to compete with peers. Secondly, due to the trends of video recording of lifestyles and arising of vloggers, everyone can film their life. There are even more people to compete with professional movie producers. It takes professions and solid exposures to differentiate us from vloggers or part-time movie lovers. Thirdly, filing and making a movie is expensive. it takes the relationship and investments from the capital, relative resources, and connection with the following issuing company. Since I am a new American movie producer, I am lack of resources and industry connections. Since I am still young, People may not buy in my skills and reputation because they don’t think I can create profits for them when they invest in my movie if I have a chance one day. Long story short, due to the competitiveness, lack of experience, and capital, my future road must not be very smooth; in another way, it fulfills tons of opportunities since I cannot wait to build my own relationship and connection with the entertainment companies publics and capitals, also using what I have learned to derive my personal films one day.
