What you can do is narrow the focus of the ACA to your topic to your specific area. For example, if you are discussing CHF, focus in on the 30-day readmission policy. What is the intent of the legislation and who helped to draft and introduce this specific policy that became law?. The legislation must be currently in practice and specific to your topic. DO NOT use any proposed legislation. Proposed legislation is not current law. You must use current legislation or policy. The names are interchangeable at times with legislation and policy.]
