Industry Specific Personal Road Map (Senior Internship, 1 year, 5 years)

Using all of the reflections and evaluations completed so far, define your personal road map for senior internship, 1 year and 5 years of where you would like to be at within the sport, recreation, tourism or hospitality industries.

This is your opportunity to determine the goals you would like to personally achieve over this timeframe and where you would like to be in your career. For this exercise you should review job descriptions of similar roles that you aspire to get to in your road map. Look at the job qualification sections to shape the “How will you get there?” question.
