Write a 7 paragraph reflection on what you learned in this unit. Use the following format: Each paragraph should be approximately 3-6 sentences. You do not need an introduction or conclusion, and each paragraph can stand alone. You don’t need to connect them.

Paragraphs 1-2 are a reflection on the most important things that you learned from the films. These paragraphs do not have to be connected to the other parts of the essay.

Paragraphs 3-5 are a reflection on the most important things that you learned in the readings. Cite your sources in text (author year page #) and then provide a works cited list on a final page. Citing a source does not mean quoting; it can just mean referring to a text as the source of your information. Try to integrate the major themes of the readings. Don’t summarize a lot of details. Be sure to cite at least one reading from each of Groups A, B, and C in this unit.
