For the activity, select one of the topics from the module that interests you. Search the internet and find an article on the topic that was written within the last 3 years. The article you locate should not be an article that is already used as part of the module readings. The article you locate must have adequate information on the topic for you to share. You can also use 2 shorter articles if needed. ** It is not acceptable to submit something that says “that is all I could find.” You need to start early so you have time to locate your articles – or you need to select a different topic if you are having trouble. Reach out to your instructor with your questions.

- Describe in your own words, the key points of the article on the topic you selected (pull out the important facts or interesting tidbits and describe for your classmates)
- Thoroughly explain how college students can use this particular method (the one you selected) to help promote relaxation and/or reduced stress. Include realistic examples in your explanation.
